thread about changing handlebars

Not long ago I ran across a thread on this forum (not sure exactly where) that someone had posted regarding how to change out handlebars that do not require cable extensions. The thread was great and it included step-by-step pics of the process. I have searched every way that I know how to and still cannot find it. Would anyone be familiar with this and if so could you post a link to it. Thanks and ride safe.

Can't help you but I can suggest an Intro thread to tell us about yourself and who you are would be appropriate. Nobody here wants to help out someone who hasn't properly introduced themselves. And BTW......Enjoy!

two words... service manual. Its really not that hard the hardest part is wiring you hand controls. But as was said before, give us a good ole intro.. than go to your local HD dealer and buy a service manual. Hope it helps!
