Goodbye from Flemse

Hi guy's,

Just want to say goodbye. Thanks for a enjoyful time, and many good replies!
I am checking out from this forum now, because I am offended that they deleted my post. My pictures of the woman driver was apparently too much, but I don't find them more offensive than many other pictures I have seen on this forum, as example: half naked girls on bikes or Harley guy's surrounded of half naked girls.
There was a nice Video in my post also. It was a world record driving in a car on only the two wheels 126km. And at same time an advertising to get people to use their seatbelt.
It is also deleted!
I will check in later, to see if somebody give me their goodbye.

Here is the message I got!

Flemse,

Want to mention while that was quite the pic of the woman driving the car you placed, did decide to remove the post for it could be offensive to some. Just trying to keep things OK for the majority here .

So good to have you here. Really enjoy your presence, participation, and willingness to start new threads.

Steve

H.O.G.
Regards
Flemse

It does hurt when mods delete or move stuff but I think you should just shake it off and stick around. Steve sounded nice about it. I have had things moved around on me in other forums and there was no explaination. I didnt see what you posted so I cant say he was wrong or right.

Never thought I'd see the day when political correctness would invade a biker site, I find the practice of censorship to be repellant.
Flemse, If you go, I'll go. I've no need of a "Big Brother" either.

Flemse... As mentioned in several exchanges between us, though you've posted only one, there is a sincere interest and wish for you to remain.

Checking with Max/others, the policy is consistent -- no frontal nudity. The few times it has been seen here, it has been removed. As Max astutely noted, nudity is freely available all over the web; it doesn't need to be at a place discussing Harleys and motorcycling. You will find this to be the policy at the vast majority of motorcycle forums worldwide.

A key reason this policy exists is it is offensive to some. You note in your post above you are leaving because you are "offended that they deleted my post". Is there not an irony in your words?

As my last PM notes... "In its essence, it is a minimize-the-risk thing. It's no big deal. Hang around man.

Good riding,

Steve

Hi guy's
First of all, my thread was placed in "Off topic", so not directly connected into discussion of Harleys/motorcycling, as many other threads in "Off topic", hence the title. Off topic: (What are Harleys without the girls??)
Second, there are many different definitions of nudity, as many as there are people, so very difficult to censure, but I beleive that this was so innocent, so it could have gone through the needles eye.
Steve, I am 54 years old, and I definitely don't send anything to this forum, if I knew it could be offensive to anybody.
Yes, The girl is driving naked in her car, an open cabriolet BMW. What can you see? You see her naked breast's, her shoulders and arms are naked, but they are often that even when they wear clothes. Most of her body are covered by the seatbelt and parts of the car. The rest is up to your fantasy.
The reason why you get offended, is just that you know she is totally naked, but you can't see it all. As I write to you before, she is covered more than many carnival dancing girls, and they are dancing around in the streets infront of small children and everybody. If you don't want to see it, don't watch it!
Furthermore, my pictures was in a joking way combined with a little movie of a world record driving a car 126 km on only two wheels. An advertising which should encourage people to use their seatbelt. You moved that too!
At least, I am happy that we in this way started a discussion. Maybe we should draw some lines.
Can we show a woman breast, or not??
They look pretty, especially when the girl is sitting on a Harley!!
Now I of course can't show the pics to the other forum members, so that they can evaluate, but I can tell you that I received the pics from other HOG members.

This is my opinion! You have yours!

Hi Mike,

Yes the more discussion, the more people would like to see what we are talking about. otherwise it is not easy to judge.
The pics are very good snapshots, I suppose they are taking from a bus. The guy that took them, has been very quick, and the funny thing is the communication by eyes and that she show her wedding ring to the photographer. I find it innocent.
I write in a joking way, that one can make an accident, just by looking at how to use the seatbelt. (If that's what you are looking at).
Please tell me, if I went over the line with these pics. If the majority of the members tells me that I went over the line, i'll escuse and stay of the forum.

Please send me your e-mail adress, and i'll send you the pics! I tried by your profile here, but it isn't possible.
