How do yooz guyz get the words under your name? Like where mine says "Member".

Click on quick links at top, click edit profile, second gray box, Custom user title. Type in what you want. Go to the bottom and click save.

Go to User CP at top of page and click

Then click Edit Avatar on left and it should be self explanatory from there..
