If you're using a canned map, find one as close to your equipment as possible. You should be able to change variable/values on your own if you find a print out of a better one.
With the PC-V, you can get the Auto-tuner, that you set the canned map, it evaluates and adjusts, and you then save and download that map.....it's a learning system.
Rev xtend is the rev limiter. You have to enable the Rev Extend. I believe factory rev limiter is at 5200. With it snabled, it should go to 6200.
