the t-jet is a nice unit, when they were first introduced danny at zippers gave us a couple to try in our pro-gas bike (150")picked up alittle less than a 10th and 4 mph right off the bat(thats ALOT).S&S carbs will get the most benifit from them as they need the 3rd circut (actully 4,as you can change the air bleed also)weve put 4 in a pro stock S&S D carb.when you install one in any carb, make sure the emulsion tube is loctited,we had a guy bring his bike in where the t-jet backed off, tube got sucked into motor, not pretty.like i said,we`ve installed a million,if anyones got any question, feel free to PM

Needle nosed pliars...............

What TJ wants you to do is use the 2 nuts they give you, lock them on the tube, the tighten it. The pliars worked faster, and much less hassle.
