S&S Carb Model for me?

I have a stock 99 Fatboy with last year Evo engine.
What S&S carb would best suit my needs.
Looking to use my stock air cleaner.
Bike runs fine the way it is now,but looking to add an S&S.

Welcome, I have a "E" on my bike and couldn't be more happy. Throttle response is great. No complaints.
