I would recommend the coldest, Snowiest day this winter to strike your best price @ a couple of Harley dealerships.
My gut feeling is that A VAT will be enacted by the second quarter in 2010.

should such a tax be signed, nobody will be buying anything new, the used {insert product here} market will explode and we'll see another bail out on the horizon for new product manufacturers because no-one can afford pelosi's extortion

On this forum I read a lot about making sure of things like safety, and I read a lot about getting a good deal, shopping around and doing your homework.
I will only say do the same when it comes to politics.
