Todays phone call...ARGHHHHH
So Im having a good, fun day @ work....till I get the call! As some know my bikes @ shop getting new bars & front end done..Well, I bought these "special" bars for my '09 RK. Now, the new bikes have the throttle by wire, bars are designed for them. Well, call goes like this...."Hey J, ya sitting down, we have a little issue, we are 9 HRS into your bars, there not made for your bike, but we got everything to work" ..Im like WHAT THE F!*K ARE YOU TALING ABOUT. They then go on to tell me shop has yet to do a new style throttle, so I reply w/ "My bikes not a learning curve for you, when you quote me hrs, then run into an issue cause you have yet to do the throttle by wire, not my problem!" They said we'll make it all work. So I call CARLINI, they said bars I got are FOR MY BIKE...Bike should be done tomorrow, but crappy weather, won't grab till fri...have pics then...Hope this doesn't turn into a Direct T.V. nightmare ..
Think Im put on this earth to take all the BS!!

really!!! first set I ever did, which included cutting wires, extending, soldering, heat shrinking, and to make it easier, I had the tanks off the bike for throttle and idle cables, and the exhaust to get to tranny for new clutch cable. I think I had it all done, and brake bled in about 3 1/2 and that was witha bunch of BSing and beer drinking with 2 of my buddys
