First of all you need to present to the new posters section and introduce yourself.
Shovelhead was from 1966 to 1984, so I am confused how its a 58 Shovelhead.
Its missing a few expensive pieces like the front end or does it have the new invisible model? Is the transmission there?
As is...Frame(800-1200$),tank(2-3/400$),motor(2-3000$), rims(1-2000$?),oil tank, rear fender, no wiring...w/ the transmission(1700-2000$) I'd start at 6500-7000$ you can always go up you can't go down. Remember you still need a paint job, tyres, wiring, front end and unless you are a good mechanic it will cost you much $$$ to get it finished and painted.
You're leaving out a lot of information so I tried to have my price reflect middle of the road. For example a 6 speed Baker transmission is a good transmission and may cost more then 17-2000$
I'll be curious what Dave63 has to say.

*MISPRINT* on the engine. Year of the engine is an 85 NOT 58. Shovelhead was from 66-85.

I believe they, the motor company stopped manufactoring the engine in 1984.

That's some good info bad63! And you're probably correct on the year thing too. I really liked how you broke everything down piece by piece! Made it very easy to understand even to someone that doesn't know much about bikes like me! Thanks! Would love a second opinion if anyone would like to add to the discussion.

Again not knowing specifics the motor for example could be worth more if its more then a stock shovel motor. I figured a standard shovel motor price and my gestimates may not accurately reflect the market. They were just middle of the road estimates.

No.... I can't tell you what it's "worth".
First of all, the last year the shovelhead engine was MADE, was 1983. Some ended up in early 1984 bikes, but HD was gearing up for the early 1984 release of the Evo.
The Shovel engine that's in the bike could vary in price, not knowing what was done to it, or knowing if it comes with a title. With no title, it's value drops greately.
Does the frame come with an MSO? Being a 2008, it should.
What front end? Stock? Custom?
The problem is, even if the bike were complete, it's hard to give you a value, only sdue to it being custom. Watch Barrett Jackson autions, and see vehicles with $150K restorations sell for $40K.
What I can tell you:
Billet wheels: Minimum-$1000 each
Frame: "Wildfire" is the model. Who makes it? Frames run $2500-3500 depending on maker, hardtail, swingarm or softail. Could be more.
Engine: Not sure how an engine is completely rebuilt, then ends up with "less then 10 miles on it"..... Without knowing more information, I can't comment. I'd have to see paperwork and receipts for the rebuild and whether it has a title or not is an issue. If it's an OEM Harley shovelhead set of cases and came out of another bike, It's stamped with a VIN, and it needs a title. PERIOD. No title, and you could lose a motorcycle to police one day who start asking questions and checking numbers.
Tins: Half of alleged paid value. Who makes them is a factor in their value. Custom Chrome-Much less. Bourget Sheet metal-much More.
The problem with this bike is it'a all a bunch of expensive stuff that even on Ebay, wouldn't bring half it's actual cost. It's custom.

If the drivetrain is what you say it is and with good numbers you're looking at about $5500.00 , the rest of it is a pissing match ... all personal taste . If you can get the whole works for about $7500.00 and spend another $5000.00 getting it on the street you'll be right in the ball park ... $12500.00 finished ! There's a lot of customs with big inch late model engines and 5 - 6 spd trannys selling in the Milwaukee area for under $15000.00 !
One note , I'd paint the frame black .
