CUSTOM seat work???
I'm looking for a good company that can rework my existing seat. I'm not interested in aftermarket replacements. I'd LOVE to find someone relatively local to me in Massillon, OH so I can explain in person exactly what I'm looking to have done. I don't mind a couple hour drive to get there. Can anyone point me in the right direction to start looking? Thanks in advance for the help.

I had a seat re-done by Mean City and they did great work. They re-covered the seat, added blue flame stitching, move my riding position back an inch and put in double memory foam. They did great work too and for a very reasonable price.

Sounds like exactly what i'm looking for. What kind of turn around time would I be looking at? Do you have pictures of the seat they did for you?

Allen at Mean City has done a half dozen seats for my brother and myself now. Always the best of customer service and quality of work for reasonable money..... He just put a nice distressed brown leather cover on my '09RK seat..... very nice work.... check his web site out..many pics there.... his turn around is immediate because he schedules your work in, so as long as your seat gets there the day he tells you they are going to do the work, it will most likely be shipped back to you that afternoon...... can't go wrong here....

Don't know if it's Unimoose's or not, but here's a pic of a seat with blue flames from their website.

That one has an inlay mine is just stitched. I think the turn around was about a month between the time I shipped it to them to make sure it got there before the appointment date until I got it back, maybe a bit less.
And on the bike

Man, I'm glad you asked this question. I've been looking for someone for a while too. And these folks look to be pretty reasonable. I'm gonna check them out some more.
