I looked at the video frame by frame and it looks like two separate clips spliced together to make it look like the bike got hit. You an clearly see a vertical line in fron of the cube van just before the alleged impact. Notice all the plastic on the bike? It' gets impacted on the the rear right side and there are no pieces of it anywhere on the road. yea...right.
