I pulled the rocker box covers and lower rocker boxes off and removed the pushrods and covers. Anybody know what size socket I need for the 12 point fasteners in the tappet blocks?

Nothing Heading to DFW for a noon flight to SJC. A whole week in a rental cage when DFW is having some AWESOME weather. Dang it.

Unfortunately no riding today. The Air Force has a rule that we have to wear our dress uniform every Monday which means I have to wear regular uniform "dress" shoes which violates the base's rules about wearing footwear that covers the ankle! But I did wash my bike yesterday and will ride the rest of the week even though lows will be down to 28 and highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Didn't ride today. Did get a new front tire on w/ Dyna beads in, new wheel bearings in front wheel and cleaned and repacked the headset bearings.
Got most of it back together. Should finish it up tommorow.

Well last night I rode in my second honor flight escorting two buses full of Korean and Vietnam veterans home after their trip to DC.

100 plus bikes even though it was 38 F.
