Cerakote coming off?

Is this the cerakote coming off. It doesn't feel like bare metal or look like it. It's not shiny. I just don't want that spot to rust.

I could be wrong, it has happened before, but I didn't think anything on a Harley was cerakoted by the factory. And from your picture I can't tell what part you are talking about. Heat shield, exhaust pipe, clamp?

Sometimes its better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

We all know that light travels faster than sound. That's why certain people appear bright until you hear them speak.

I got my aftermarket pipes cerakoted. And it's the beginning of the muffler before the muffler clamp. Just a white line that looks like cerakote is coming off or something not sure.
