no dramas...here you go...
our first stop just south of Sydney on the
Hume Hwy to check how things are bedding in, lucky for us we did stop cause one of our trailer wheel bearings was overtightened and hot, five minutes later on the road again...
Im riding along and I see Phill flashing his light like a crazy man so I pulled over about 1/2 kilometer up the hwy from him and gets a call from him saying the trailer tyre has blown apart, and boy did it blow apart...
finds out Phill didnt throw on our spare...Damn !!! so we rip out the cars spare sticks it on but it rubs hard against the trailer side, so we mount it up back to front and bend the lip of the guard up and we hop into town and buy another tyre...$116 bucks later. That spec back up the hwy is Phill with the trailer with my Shovel in it.
Once we were on our way again the miles just seemed to disappear but not before we spots this sub in the middle of nowhere...
We are in a motel for the night had a shower and feel good but tired from the day, were over half way to Port Melbourne were we will catcht the Spirit of Tasmania to Tas, this is a 8 hr trip overnight.
sorry about the photo on its side, using my phone as a modem and takes to long to re orientate it, hopefully one of the mods wont mind sorting it for me...tar.
J

once we finished our breakfast and socialising we rode, I rode Phill drove...he he...sucko Phill your turns coming when we get the Shovel on the road. Well we turned into Glenrowan where it all happend for Ned Kelly our most famous (infamous) bush ranger, ole Ned didn't muck around, didn't take shyte from the coppers of the day. He made up his own armour and stood his ground ! respect to you Ned. R.I.P as unfortunately he fought the law and the law won but a lengend was born..here are some photos of our visit.
me and the bike in front of a statue of Ned... its as big as his heart would have been to face down coppers wearing armour ! he could have gave up, but he chose to go down fightin... they shot his legs out from under him !
