Dave, I disagree,Gas Monkey built an old school chopper. Not a bobber.I owned an old school bobber(or Bobjob) in 1963,bobbed ment bobbed fenders, stock tank maybe changed handlebars&pipes.Once you started chopping things up or off it became a chopper or custom. My bobber was a 1939 EL.Yes ,Iwish I still had'er.

Posting on the internet isn't exactly old school.

Yep you're right. I also feel they won, considering (as stated) they had their bike done on time, and they rode it there.

Whats not to like about that bike eh?

Out of the 4 bikes on that show, there are only 2 that I would like to take for a test ride. FRED and Jesse's bike.

Out of those 2, the one that I would like to have in my garage and live with every day is the one in the photo above.

Junior won solely because he was the most popular person. It had nothing to do with the bikes and the craftsmanship. The votes were all from idiots who just liked Junior because of American Chopper and his competition with his father. His freakin bike looks like a locomotive. It was ugly as sin. If they took those bikes to Sturgis or Daytona and had real bikers vote, the Gas Monkey guys would have won hands down. Jesse had a great bike but he disappointed me by creating that hybrid sport / cruiser. I really don't care that he busted the deadline because Senior took advantage of it so it's not like everyone had to wait for Jesse. They all had the chance to fab new stuff or improve their bikes. And let's face it... When has Jesse James ever cared about the rules? He holds true to his FTW image and I like that. But hands down, the Gas Monkey guys should have won.
