I haven't heard about your project. Is the old paint in bad shape or you just change your taste?

No the original paint is in good shape just has a few blemishes here and there. I'm just doing it to suit my taste better. Leaving black around the chrome areas but probably be a black cherry and either a root beer or possibly red candy or burnt orange. Probably add some subtle air brushed details in it just to set it off.

Sounds awesome. I have the two-tone rootbeer and I love it. One of the best looking colors I've ever seen in the sun. Black cherry would be bad ass too, especially against the black. You can't lose.

Make sure you post pics of that sucker when you're done, and link us to them on this thread so none of us miss them.

Yeah dad lives in Charleston SC and last few weeks he's been rubbing it in how nice the riding has been while I sit here in cloudy rainy low 40s weather. And I'll be sure to keep y'all updated on the progress.

The fat lady sang today here in Minnesota. Went for a ride yesterday when it was 70 degrees. Today it's 40 degrees and snowing. Plugged in the tenders and covered th bikes.
