FXRS Ignition Switch Removal

Does anybody know how to remove the bezel/lock ring that holds the ignition switch in the bracket on an FXRS.

This bracket is welded to the frame, there is a small hole in the bottom of the switch, which I presume has some kind of a setscrew in it but I haven't had any success removing it and I can't see up into it because of its position. I thought it was a #27 torx, but that slips in the hole.

I need to remove the switch to remove the rear cylinder. Help please!

I got it - no set screw - red loctite on the bezel - switch out.
