Thanks for the review. I have had soft lowers for 6/ 7 years. First pair were very inexpensive and had spans to secure them to the engine guards. Four years ago I purchased the soft lowers from HD. They are very similar to the set you purchased but ( like Daves?) and only accommodate hwy pegs through a predetermined location. With the zipper arrangement they are more versatile.

The additional benefit is it deflects the wind load on your lower legs making longer rides a little less fatiguing.

The only caution is using them above 50 degrees because of limiting engine cooling.

I have a similar set for my king, mine have 2 clips, the HD logo, and no white piping or pockets. I agree to keep the Logo, after all u paid for it JP!

Great review, JP. I don't think they look bad or great. Those bitches are all function and it sounds like they got it where it counts. As you know from our ride, cold doesn't much get to me, but I don't care much for being wet. Thanks for the review.

Owning an older HD set of soft lowers, and knowing what they cost me, I wanted to see what you purchased. The HD soft lowers have improved greatly and worth the price.
