High Tech Speed X arc LED lights

IMO, Great customer service is a rarity these days, but the High Tech Speed company impressed me, thats for sure. I bought the X Arc red LEDs for my running/tailights when I did my rebuild, not knowing they are NOT turnsignals as well. So I installed them anyways and within a week, one of the running lights went out. I believe it was a rare occurance because Ive seen reviews on their products before and they seemed legit. So I emailed the company asking for a warrenty fix. They did me one better. Mike, the person I dealt with, told me that since Im an active duty Marine, he will send me the duo lights (red running and brakes but flashes amber for signals), a price difference of about $70, as replacements. And oh by the way, He'll send the new ones now and doesnt expect the old ones back until I get the new ones mounted. I'm very impressed with this company. These lights look amazing on my bike and I couldnt be any happier with them. Highly recommended.

Nice to hear a good customer service story. We seem to hear only the bad experiences. Thank you for your service to our country...
