what bike is this?

i am currently trying to sell my 66 impala and get a harley like ive always wanted. Ive been searching adds and everything , and i came across a photo of exactly how i want my bike to look, except for the details, but i have no idea what year it is, could someone let me know? here's the photo.

That looks like a newer sportster 48 customized.

It's a sportster with a 19" rim and front tire. You can tell by the front hub. Rear shocks are removed and struts are in their place. 39mm front forks, possibly aftermarkey trees, but stock headlight and brow.

Rear fender and side covers have been removed.

The bike is at least a 2007 as the bike's EFI.
