If I was a betting man, I'd bet this is the forum owners

being hassled about the posting of copy-righted material.

Could be just anything posted in the gallery, or could be

Harley Corporate lawyers making obvious that they vigorously

control their rights, which is required by law at least every few years.

Back when it was just Max and some forum member experts

behind these 2 sites, Harley lawyers gave him a really hard time,

particularly about the V-Rod forum. This one too, I remember

him grumbling that it was amazing that there could be serious

legal action about the use of initials, however they were used.

I'd imagine he was talking about HD. Best I could tell, they could

and would inflict serious damage to a dedicated fan site to prohibit

the use of the logo.

You can't blame them, it is the most valuable brand logo on earth,

so long as they can occasionally prove that they really do own it.

Something needs to be done about this.

I've seen several postings from members saying that they are waiting for photos to be approved.


Photos requiring approval should be flagged in the quick moderation box so that the moderators know there are photos in que for approval.


As it is now, the mods have to hunt out new photos that may be awaiting approval.

When i log in , that's one of my first stops. I've only found pics waiting 2 or 3 times.
