Australia on a slightly faster track to being a police state...
Than the USA, but I don't think we're too far behind.
Keep the motor running
Reading that makes me sick and I hope that if the country does keep pulling this sh!t on its people, that the bikers get together and raise hell...and I hope it doesn't get to be this way here in the states. I'll be the first to strike back if some dipsh!ts decide we need a police state all because of just a few troublemakers.

on one hand I hate hear about a police state being made of Oz thats crap its not like they are hurting everyday people. so a couple of people had to see violence, wussy politicians who think people are too sensitive to see blood, need to bleed. on the other hand these 1%ers do it to themselves they know the law and should keep it out of publics eye apparently we are to special to see war and what it leaves, too bad they messed it up for decent M.C.s in australia sorry mates that blows.

Last year South Australia became the first state to tackle clubs with specific legislation, attempting to outlaw certain clubs and ban members from associating.

Your missing the point Chardin. I dont know about Australia but Freedom of association is in the Bill of Rights here.

Just great. This should give our Prez and Pelosi some wonderful ideas for "reforming" our country. All sorts of hope and change outlined in this story.
Hurry up 2010. Better yet, hurry up 2012.

maybe so. I understand nobody want the governmet sutting there club down, and removing people rite to form associations whats next no corps, yeah I understand. what I think you missed is the fact that there are a lot of puss's out there whom think these m.c. clubs are plain villians and the governments crumble to these people-not the clubs. so I guess my point was to keep it out of the view of the public and the govs would have less of a reason to ban them. now I do not want any of our freedoms taken from us, to mant already have- hell you cant even talk on the phone anymore- I get it. the itialian moffia is quiet so the public is not interested in them, my only original point was not to disway the articals point but to point out if these guys were quieter they wouldnt screw up everyones rite to form associations. Its not like the hells angels would actualy disbann because any governmemt would tell them to but a law abiding christian or civil base club would and that is the tradgidy of it all the little guy get hurt not the powerhouse. I hope that is a little more reasonable. but If I am still missing something please enlighten me, thanks.

Are you sh!ttin' me!? Who has the right to tell *anyone* they can't meet with 'friends'!?
Time for a nice big earthquake to drop KKKalifornia into the ocean so I can ride over there and watch the a$$holes drown. I might even help, but it won't be by throwin' any life vests to anyone...more like big rocks!
