Hi everyone
I thought it best to join the forum as I have just bought a brand new Sportster xl 883, well back in Febuary.
I have had great fun riding it but feel it could do with a set of ape hangers, I have looked at were the clutch cable goes into the engine and can not see how to take it out to put a longer cable in.
I know this is my first post but can anyone help, a picture would be very useful.

The clutch cable goes into the primary....not the engine.
It threads into the case.
The primary cover needs to come off and the cable unattaches inside there.
A manual helps greately for things like that, as well as provides you with specs for torque and adjustment. All of which you'll need to reassemble it.
