Welcome to the forum from Connecticut
when you pick up your bike, make sure you get all the parts for it, and the service manual if he has it,
a parts manual would be nice too, but that's just crazy talk........but it never hurts to ask.
welcome aboard from s.e. kansas! cool bike. from photo looks like you are definitely in the right place. there are hd wizards on this site, learned masters who are kind enough to share their knowledge and wisdom with those who genuinely want to learn. no offense, your learning curve will probably be a little steep if you want to ride it this year. not trying to bust your stones, well maybe a little. you will see these guys like to have fun too. dont be thinned skinned, have fun and there are those that will teach you a bunch! please post photos as the build progresses, and you will feel like this the first time you ride her.
