Newbie From North Texas!
Greetings all!
I'm new to the forum and just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm FatboyJay and I in live in Frisco TX.
A few months ago, I traded in my faithful 2000 FXD on a 2012 FLSTFB. I'd purchased the Dyna as a retirement gift (U.S. Air Force) to myself in September 2000 and really had no intention whatsoever of ever getting rid of it.
Well, that all changed when I discovered the amount of money that I may have to put into it for preventative maintenance. Going down that road didn't make sense to me, especially for a 12 year old bike, so I parked it in my garage and didn't ride it for fear that one of those dreaded cam followers would let go and destroy my TC 88.
I was always a fan of the FatBoy, so I went to a local dealer to check them out. When I stumbled across the FatBoy Lo, that was it!
What a difference!!!!!
Looking forward to visiting this site often and learning valuable information concerning these awesome motorcycles!
