getting old
I just got off the phone with some old friends and found out they have gone and died on me,sux. Talked with some people who new me from the club and found out.Getting old is not for pussys!!

Getting old does suck because of all the friends and relatives you lose. I retired at the age of 60 and within a year both my mother and dad died, two of my close uncles and two close motorcycle friends. I thought Damn, this isn't how I planned it, this wasn't the fun and good times I thought I was going to have. If you have good health and luck, you are going to be attending a lot of funerals. Condolences ruby4me, I know how you feel.

Thats the secret right there,,,I woke up one day and realized I was fifty,,,I bought a Harley and said "Screw it,,Im gonna ride". Im gonna save me up some coin and buy a big coffin,,room for my bike ya know,,,

I told the wife to cremate me, and spread my ashes in the house, so she can clean up after me one more time. 
Getting old does suck. But sometimes, it is what you make of it. Of course, when you lose family and friends, that's never good and we have no control over that.
It's part of life, and some days, I'm just thankful I got to live to see another one, and hope come morning, I open my eyes, and get to do it all over again.
