Sripey, stri......again.
So.....With Chris gone in Fla for a week or so, his old man gave me his 1974 3/4 helmet to redo, cause like me, Chris digs old school, despite me being old enough to be his daddy..
He's a cool dude, and I wanted to do him right, seeing how I know a lot about what Chris saw and went through in Iraq. Not going into specifics, but while I spent my last 22 years protecting society from itself, kids like Chris lost their innocence, going to war to protect people he doesn't even know....for a government wage. Peanuts, less taxes.
He's the kid brother I never had, and I'd do anything for him. He knows that. His dad is my best friend, and his family treats me like I'm their own....wife and daughter included. That's not something you find, every day. Sometimes, not in a lifetime.
When Chris comes home, he'll have his new, old school helmet to wear, while riding his Nightster.
I decided to change the back up just a little......just to show my appreciation for his efforts, sacrafice and friendship. Well, that and he's the only other guy I know that knows all the lines from the movie "Joe Dirt" like I do. That's gotta be worth something,.....right?  Props to ya bro......

PS: I cleaned up the front and made it flow a little better. I saw the ewrror I made...{{dang}} with the two orange stripes and where they end and begin. Now.....like butta......
