No....they have a clue, but they all believe that we're stupid and can't take care of ourselves, and that it's THEIR job to protect us and make new laws to do that.
It was NEVER the Federal Government's job to make laws, or to conjure up new statutes to "protect" us from ourselves.
These Dem/Libs are so power hungry they don't know what's good or bad for anyone, and they refuse to listen to anyone that says something different then their opinions.
