JPR,I watch a lot of old movies and the women back then were absolute classic beauty. A beauty that transposes time. One of my favourites is Claudia Cardinale an Italian actress.

Does anyone remember the Vargas drawings. Some were featured in Playboy.

There's a scene in Platoon with one on the wall. She's in a cat costume for Halloween.

I still have that one (somewhere).

There is a old hotel/restaurant in Radway Alberta near were I live that has a whole wall of 1960's Vargas pin-ups on it. We call it the boobie wall and we always request to sit at that table.

And while I don't think of her as a classic "Pin up," in the interest of history, I raise you one Elizabeth Taylor. I think she became such a parady of herself in her later years that many may have dismissed how stunning she was in her prime.
