After market Air Filter Kit

What would you folks recommend between the SE Stage 1 and the Arlen Ness BS Stage 1? My intent is to keep the stock cover.

TIA

Check this post, but be aware that if you do make a difference in performance, it will almost certainly mean you need to have the bike tuned on the dyno. Lower restriction filter and backing plate alone might be enough to require it, your bike is already very lean from the factory. Doing both air cleaner and exhaust would definitely require it, I think.

Got a SE air filter? Thinking about going to the SE air filter setup?

If I was going to mess with it much, I might consider the Big Bore kit, it's less than $600 in parts to take the TC 96 up to a 103, and if you're game, guys here could talk you through the labor and save $1000. That and a set of screaming eagle slip fit mufflers would be a great upgrade for the price.

I put a Ness Cheap Sucker on my 09 FLHR and love it. Easy to install and the stock cover stays.

I've got a Ness, but I found out later that they're made in China according to Fuel Moto. The A/C from Fuel Moto is U.S.-made they say. It's more expensive and more similar to the SE A/C vs. the Ness, but it's American.
