front brake lever

I have a 04 road king custom that i just boaught and the front brake lever has to be pulled back several times before i get brake action like it should have. I have bled the front calipers with at least one bottles worth of dot 5 brake fluid and this did not help at all. im not loosing any fluid anywhere but sill have to pump the lever to get good pressure on the lever. also when i pull on the lever i can hear a slight buzz sound coming from the caliper and i do mean a very faint sound. thanks for any help given.

i'd say you have a bad master cylendar. Dave 63 did a write up about the problems associated with RK master cyl.s a while back ago, might want to use the search function for RK brake problems

2002-2004 masters on RKs had issues. Some did. Some didn't. Replace it with one off Ebay, or rebuild.
