How quick is your sporty?

Bike wars last weekend in Terrace BC Canada. We found out that our sporty does 7.55 @ 92 - 1/8 mile fairly consistently on street tires with no wheelie bar. It did a 12.3 @ 108 mph in the 1/4 mile. Watch it run at Eyecandy Custom Cycles - Homepage and check out some cool pics of other bikes at Terrace Drag Race Association. I wonder what other peoples bikes do. Post some times! Sam.

Not sure, however, should scream with the giggle gas. I have an original '75 bike rag that tests a new 75 sporty (my pic is a '75 IronHead). It ran a high 12 and they stated it was the fastest/quickest bike/car made in America, even out ran the Vette. I have ran a 11.7 in my '02 Z06 bone stock with drag radials and it holds a nation wide top ten spot. So, these days, the Vette is much quicker... Nice picture by the way. Do you have a special clutch your using?

Robert

Not clutch smoke!

Cool ride Robert! It must go with the juice! What does a Road King do all wound up? Quiet eh! The pic shows only fresh clutch plates in a stock clutch. It kinda smoked the original in short order when it went big bore.
