best low end cam for 103 build

I'm piecing together a 103" kit and wanted to know if there is a proven cam that will be better than the SE 255. I'm like most who don't ride their bikes above 4000 rpm so top end power isn't much of a concern. Thanks

.575 redshift from zippers,we`ve used alot of them in 103`s.
