Better choices out there, as Jim has said, to make much more power, and dump unwanted heat as well.

I have the 255's and have to agree. They pull well down low, but they do sign off early. How would another cam choice result in cooler temps? I've wishing now that I went with the 259's. What's your opinion on them?

Don't have much knowledge on the 259's.
What is your ccp with those 255's?
Scott

Iirc comp ratio is like 9.4. It's a dealer installed 103" kit. The specs on the 259's are less lift and more duration than the 255's. I don't have the SE catalog here with me, just going off memory. I'm sure there are better aftermarket choices. I will just wait to change them after I get a PC v and a dunk tune. I'm. Really only looking for about 100/100. I don't think the cams I have will get me there, but will have to wait and see how close she gets when all dialed in.
