Stage I vs Stage II

What are the differences between a stage I and stage II upgrades? Is it just cams?

Stage 1 is filter, PC & exhaust....

Stage 2 is cams, push rods, coil plus the stage 1 goodies.....

I still believe thats difference....depends on year also

depends on who you talk to, rule of thumb, find out how much you want to spend first and then talk to someone as far as making the best recommendations for bang for the buck.

I've done the stage 1 air filter and Rush slip ons on my FLSTN and now I'm also thinking of Stage 2 improvements as well. I'm trying to find out how much of a performance difference better cams will make.

I found little change after the stage 1 however a marked improvement after stage 2...(2003 FLHTCI)

what i would do,is figure out what you want to end up with(hp,tq,riding style),bore your cylinders to 103",get SE or aftermarket pistons and aftermarket cams that will suit your riding syle and build your looking for.opens up alot more options the HD packages
