hello does anybody know if the wheel,s from a 2003 fatboy can be switched from front to the rear , allso what is the most cylender,s from a 2003 twin cam be bored out to.thank you mydnightrider

Welcome mydnightrider,

The front and rear wheels do have different offsets and can not be interchanged.
Cylinders can safely be bored out to 95ci.
