Anyone know about the new SE stage IV upgrade?
I was wondering if anyone's done and what their results have been, or if anyone has any thoughts about this kit. Does it deliver as promised or are the results not worth the price?

Too much cam for a bagger. You can do a lot better by going aftermarket. The only heads I would buy from HD are the HTCC CNC'd heads. Having someone good port your stock heads would be even better.

I basically have it but with the 257 cam. parts in my engine are:
SE MVA Ported CNC Heads
SE High Performance Head Gaskets
SE Forged Stroker Pistons 10.5 to 1
SE 58mm Throttle Body with SE Injectors
SE 257 Cams
SE Perfect Fit Pushrods
SE Tappets
SE High Tensile Cylinder Studs
SE Big Twin Compensator
SE Performance Clutch Hub and Kit (discs)
Fueling Billet Cam Support Plate and High Flow Oil Pump
SE Race tuner
SE Heavy Breather
Automatic Compression Releases
Rush Slip ons
TQ-112, HP 107 TQ goes straight up and over 100 at 2500, climbs some more and does not come back down below 110 until you let off the throttle.

(failed to read ahead before I purchased)I have just put the stage IV kit on. I'm having issues with the low end...engine really doesn't kick off until after 3k. Granted I had/have the CFR slip-ons on as my exhaust. Could it be that I'm not getting enough back pressure? Ordered the Supertrapp 2:1 and I'm hoping this will fix it.
Any idears?

i have the cfr's aswell but with their dual headers. The CFR's slipons are very open.so you may be right. That being said i was thinking about doing some upgrades but i'm not willing to part with these pipes, have to do some research.
