Help In Power Management

When I bought my bike (2006 FLSTFI), the buyer mentioned that there are V&H pipes plus V&H powerpak already installed.
But unfortunately, I realized -when I received the bike- that the powerpak is missing. I've been into long discussion with the seller; trying to get the part from him.
Today I received an email from him; stating that he has a brand new power commander, model #801-510. He asked me to check wether this fits my fatboy or not.
Guys, I'm totally depending on you and your feedback will really help. Does it fit? Shall I accept it?

He cant even check for ya, Huh? Dont sound like he's dying to make good.
Brand new PC??? I'd have my doubts on that too. Sounds Like you might oughta squeeze him for half the cash for a new powerpak and consider yourself lucky if you get it. Then forget about the weazel.
Personally if I make a deal and I find out that something I claimed is missing I'd settle out with you cash for a new one. But it sounds kinda like the money went up in Crack or Meth. No sense wasting any more time with a loser.

Thanks vlade for the feedback. This guy is a motorcycle dealer and he prefers to send me something that he has in-stock rather than pay me cash.
So what do you think?

If it is fact a new unopened PC111usb, I'd jump all over the deal.
It is a way better tuner than a fuel pak. Pretty sure it will work, just give Dynojet a call.

Hey CheckValve, I went to Dynojet's website and the correct Powercommander for your 2006 fuel injected Heritage Softail is part # 805-511 and costs new $359.95... The part # this clown gave you is for a 97-98 Touring model, (not for your bike at all)..The 801-510 is an old Dynojet # from years ago and they use 511 instead of 510 now....Get firm with the seller and demand a brand new unit as it was promised on your bike when you bought it. Do you have a sales ad with it in the ad ? if so take him to court if it is listed and he won't play ball with you...Best of Luck...Lee aka Blackdog 15
