2007 Fatboy upgrades , Cam Question

I am new to this , have just purchased an 07 completely stock 96 inch Fatboy. Looking to put on Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Khrome Werks slip on mufflers, SERT with tune, and a cam. Would like more low to midrange power, " I think" most of my riding and shifting is done in the 3000 rpm range , back country roads, with an occasional highway jaunt. Any suggestions for cam choices, in regards to this , thanks.

You might want to read this before making a choice:

Adding anything with a less then .500 lift is considered a "Bolt in cam", however, start going over that and you'll be looking at installing heavier valve springs, and clearencing for rocker arm clearence in the rocker boxes. You'll be looking at replacing pushrods as well, as the stock ones are not adjustable.

Yes , cams , of course, Was thinking right , writing wrong. Do you have experience with different cams on a similar intended build.

screaming eagles 204 is a good one for low and midrange power,drop in cam.
