The woman

A woman goes to her Mother's funeral, she sees a guy there she really likes, they talk for a little bit, and he leaves early due to an appointment.

Next week, the woman is arrested for murdering her sister...

Why did she do it?

Ironic that it involves your name, but that's "Motives-101".

So that's a real test? always thought it was BS...

....how is that Ironic? I'm sometimes motivated, other times unmotivated.

I've seen a whole series of problem solving questions like this, to determine how "creative" you are, or if you can think on your feet.

It's not a "test" per se, rather a tool.

Riddles are a good way to see if someone can think outside of the box.

Like this:

Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?

Very close. He WAS the window cleaner and he jumped INSIDE the building.

"It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground."

It's also a reading comprehension test as the above line describes the "drop", not his fall.

"Dirty Soot Smeared" kinda keyed on the need to be cleaned..just didn't think about him bien the one cleanin it...I'm only half assed outside of the box.

Yeah, I suck at reading comprehension..I lack focus
