It's just east of Van Wert Ohio which is about 40 miles east of Ft Wayne Indiana. The Wetzelland annual bash is a pretty big deal. Starts on Thursday and runs through Sunday. I've gone about 15 times and it's always full to the max. I'd say it's probably the second largest MC event in Ohio. The Easyriders rodeo in Chillicothe draws more, but Wetzel is cheaper, has better entertainment, and is all round better. If you go, it's bikes only in the camping area. If you come in 4 wheels, you'll be camping in a dirt field across the street, and you'll have to go through the gate again. You don't have to pay again, but if you come in 4 wheels, you definately take a pretty big back seat to bikers that come on 2 wheels. Bikes only in the event area and they don't offer any exceptions. No glass either, so put your beverages in something besides glass. This is the 23 year for it.
Better to let them think your dumb, than open your mouth and prove it!
