I decide the other day to ĻupgradeĻ from my Hero 2 camera. Bought the Hero 3 Silver edition as I figured that I could use my old remote on the new camera.

Also bought the touch screen back and the USB charger.
All I can say about GoPro products is that if you have any hope in hell of getting any customer service or help out of them, go somewhere else. Their customer service is:
I have been trying to update the camera software for about a week now.
When I go to their site and select upgrade, Internet Exploder shuts down!

Every freaking time!

Deleted and re-installed both the GoSlo software as well as all of the USB drivers on my computer. No numbers to call. Finally found on their site where you need to contact them via e-mail. Still no answer.
Ready to throw the POS in the garbage.
Save your money. Donīt buy the gopro crap.
