All Weather Cover?
What do you all recommend for a good heavy duty all weather cover?

My opinion: No such thing. Especially, if you're referring to a cover that would be used outside, in place of a permenant shelter.
Covers are an evil that we live with. In the wind, they can scratch paint, due to nylon materials (plastic) scraping over painted surfaces.
If it's a sealed cover, it holds moisture in.
If it breathes, it's not truely waterproof.
If I had to recommend a "cover" I'd say a 10 x 8 garden shed.
With that being said, I use a cheap-O brand cover, K-Mart $19.99, however, I use an old quilt under it, to prevent direct contact with the cover and paint. Of course, this is for a bike that's kept in a heated garage.........

Some one suggested a tent on a deferant thread, would that work? One large enough to drive it in? Place wood on the ground and cover wood with rubber mating. just a thought

Thanks for the suggections guys but none of those are options for someone living in a condo with no garage. I wanted to get one of these cycle shells but the condo board said no to any structure that will not be put away when the motorcycle is not in the lot. ( We do not have reserved parking )
So at this point only a cover will do.

What about a storage facility that you could rent one large enough to store the bike in for extended periods.

I am mainly looking for something for daily use during riding season. This past winter I kept my bike in a relatives garage. They are moving so next winter I'll have to find another place.
