Pirelli MT-66 Tires

I have been running Pirelli MT-66 tires on my Sportster for eight months. The back tires usually last about 10K. My front tire has 11.K miles on it and there is plenty of tread left. Both of the OEM Dunlop tires that came with the bike were shot at 8K miles.

The MT-66's have softer sidewalls which translates into a less bumpy ride. They have great traction with more side tread than any sportster could possibly use. I was impressed with their traction on wet roads. They track beautifully over road imperfections and tar snakes, etc.

I special ordered them through a local independent shop which was installing Dunlops about 95% of the time. Today they are about 50/50 Pirelli/Dunlop. The MT-66 is the best motorcycle tire that I have ever used.
