Anyone here rode there bike to dc wife and i are looking at doing that for 2013 vaction want to see The Wall korean vet memoreal and natural history museum mabe a few others if we have time just looking for some input of others that might have gone was thinking may for the time of year?? input would be helpful

In April we have the Cherry Blossom Festival. Very nice time of year to see the sights. Patriot HD is the local shop in Fairfax. Great people there. Stop in if you need anything for the scoot while town.

Went down for Rollin Thunder 25, stayed in Sterling rates good about 30 minutes from the stuff you wanna see.

Very good place to vaca, I would avoid the cherry blossom festival it is the "prime" season. Find a hotel with secure parking, everything is easy to get to on foot.
