saddle bag

Hello Everyone...I wanted to know if anyone has any idea how to fasten my saddle bag strap back to the saddle bag? I don't have a special tool, but was thinking about getting a short fat bolt with washers to temp. fix until I can get to the dealer..Thanks..My heritage is still under warranty, do you think that is covered?
Thanks

Listen to your brothers dude, I had some straps that were drying out so before they broke and all my shit went flying down the highway, I went to the leather shop/shoe repair that I do business with and they replaced them all for about $30.00 bucks, six straps to be exact

If your FLSTC is still under warranty, they'll just give ya a new bag....at least that's what they did for me. Good luck.
