Samson True Duals vs. V&H True Duals??

I'm wanting to put some true dual long tails on my Deluxe. Has anyone got any input/experience with which is a better setup... quality, sound, performance, etc?? I have V&H's on my Sportie and love the power and the sound but I seem to see more Samsons on the softails.

Thanks in advance,
Dane

I have a buddy with an '04 Duece (carb'd 88c.i.) with Samson drags (straight pipes), and they sound absolutely incredible!!!

I wish they made some like that for my Rocker-C....I'd buy 'em today!

Funny, Samson was popular here about 8-10 years ago, now there limited, only see a few? V&H has taken over. Think it's the sound & tons of styles. Samson is a deeper toned pipe (had on my Fatboy-Street Sweepers-changed to V&H Short Shots.) Both pipes are nice in my opinion

I have an 09 Road King. Got a question on true duals. If I purchase the V&H header pipes and use my V&H basic slip ons, will I gain or lose performance. I have heard both. Any facts or opinions?
