19 inch front wheel?

Can I put a 19 inch front wheel on my 2001 Fatboy, with stock front fender?

Yes. However, 19 inch front wheels are mounted to narrowglide hubs, and will require spacing of the rotor out to meet the caliper. I also believe that your front axle is a 25mm axle, and not a 3/4", therefore the front hub will also have to be a more modern (2004 or newwer I believe) 19" Sporty or Dyna front wheel.
