You basically have only 2 choices: S&S or Mikuni.

Why do you want to replace the stock CV?

carb

wondering with dave, the stock CV carb is by far the best carb to ever come stock on a HD,you can do alot with them for mild builds,i`de rework the CV,and take the $$ and put it into a cam(or cams)

Also Edelbrock has a cv carb similar to the Mikuni that costs less . I'm with Dave on this though , why do you want to ditch the oem cv ?

I just checked your profile to see what kind of bike you have ... an FXSTB ! If you want something narly and different looking then check out a Rivera SU !!! Works on the same principle as a cv .

stay away from edlbrock carbs, there pattened off a lectron, not a mikuni, they use metering rods for jets(kinda like the needle in a mikuni)but the metering rod is cut out to meter the fuel,if you can find a shop that has any(doubtful)and there expensive as hell

Lectron ... originally called fuel injection carbs , no float bowl . Had to turn petcock on to get fuel flow then turn off petcock so as to not flood the engine then when engine is running the petcock is turned back on !!! They worked but no wonder they never got popular . The Edelbrocks aren't that bad and can be had at Drag .

Mikuni Carb, I put one on the Sporty and Dyna when I had them, Great Carbs and No Problems, Easy to adjust. Look for the one for your Bike.
