Engine not running right need some experts

Same story as last time. Here is some history on this I hit the back end of a honda doing aboit 15-20. Harley shop basically replaced the front end, triple tree, forks, front wheel, handle bars. They replaced the pro-pipe baffle and chrome pieces on the pipe but not the pipe. The engine feels as if it is not firing correctly like there is a dead spot or not firing everytime, it it not missing or doesn't sound like. One hard acceleration it seems as if its bogging down. They are picking it up to check it but what do you experts think?

How long did the bike sit? Could be old gas. Or maybe you just used to burnt out baffels and the new ones have a little more back presure.

Sat for about 2 months. I am on another tank of premium gas. When driving above 20 it feels and sounds as if I am missing a cylinder or it isn't firing properly. The pipe had less then 6000 on it I don't the baffle would be burnt out.

I would try riding it in a parking lot . While coasting in neutral turn off the kill switch and let the bike coast to a stop . Doing this will help you determine if something in the front end is dragging , it may not be the engine at all . Maybe the front brakes are tight or the front wheel bearings . Anyway this procedure can help narrow down or eliminate one area of the bike as being the problem .

I will try the kill switch in the parking lot once I get it back. I also noticed in one of the forums the mention of the wires going to the fuel injectors. I want to verify everything once I pull the air cleaner. I don't trust the Harley dealership to this point. In my opinion everything should have been checked before I got the bike back since it was a front end collision.

Picked up the bike yesterday talked to the service person and the tighten the triple tree. He did notice a dead spot when riding the bike on acceleration. He is stating that it is the new exhaust that it needs to be ridden 500-1000 miles and it should even itselve out. He is stating due to back pressure of the new pipe. I would have thought that the tuning would have been done when the pipe was new to begin with. Thoughts on this?

The ckp ( crank position sensor ) .
Question : Can you get the bike over 70 mph ? Does it feel like it's running out of steam or like you're pulling a semi behind you ?
